Proceed with Caution when Choosing A Morning Cereal!!

A lovely friend of mine sent an article on the 10 worst and best morning cereals.  I’m sure many of my readers would be surprised to see the results.  Breakfast is an essential part of starting our day but we want to make good great nutritional choices.  What’s the point of starting your day with a big bowl of SUGAR?!  There’s no fuel in sugar to get your brain powered up in the morning.
